• Noise monitoring - As per the The Control Of Noise At Work Regulations, every employer has a legal duty to reduce hearing loss/damage from noise at work.
• Air quality monitoring As per the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations, it is a legal requirement for employers to control the exposure of it's employees to hazardous substances. These can include chemicals, gases, vapours and dust.
• Electromagnetic field (EMF) testing - High EMF levels can cause adverse effects to health and important devices such as pacemakers. As per The Control of Electromagnetic Fields at Work Regulations SI 2016 No 588 it is required by law that if exposed, employees are within safe limits
• Legionella sampling and risk assessments - Water systems with the right environment could be a potential risk for legionella bacteria growth. Legionellosis can seriously effect an employees health and as per The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (MHSWR) as an employer it is your responsibility to identify, assess, control or prevent any risk from occurring.
• Asbestos Testing - Asbestos was a widely used building material in the UK throughout the mid 1900's. As per The Control of Asbestos Regulations, it is a legal requirement for an employer to manage any asbestos that might be in a non-domestic premises to prevent exposure to harmful asbestos fibres.
